Location is perfect- in the city center. SM Mindpro is just a few minutes walk. Staffs were very helpful and courteous. They even recommended a very good massage spa that is just a 5-minute walk. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

My mom had a good stay in the hotel. She said it was a nice place. Simple but clean. Near to many places.

Floor was sticky, likely mopped and dried the dirty water. Towels smelt like body odor. Walls were thin. They have the nerve to call in the morning and ask how your stay is.
Good location, that's about it. Overpriced for what you get.

Hotel is located at the city proper. 2mins walk from SM Windpro. Room is neat and tidy. Good source of water because not all hotel in Zam have a good one. They accept early check in depends on room availability and your flexibility on bed configuration. Hotel buffet breakfast is served. Mostly no pork. Hotel staffs are hands on and very attentive on our request. They even ask how’s our stay before check out.

It's good now not just like I stayed August 9 to 10 the ac not working but this this they let us change to another room...service is good
