"We arrived at midnight from a very tiring 10hour-drive from ventral Mindanao, only to be received by a grouchy receptionist EMS i think was her name. Then we got a room that has no ref, no sleepers and the floor was sticky and dirty,  the room lacks lighting so it was depressing and gloomy, no flat iron , upon request the staff said just send it for ironing services with a fee. The bfast is plated, lousy . We woke up late of course because we had a hard travel by land, only to be told that they camt serve us bfast because its past 10AM. I put my foot down and refused not ro be given the plated bfast. I mean if it was buffet I would understand but it was plated so what’s the problem with giving extra effort for such weary tired guests like us? The only thing i liked here is the two queen sized beds instead of two single beds, but the mattress and pillows were old, clumpy bumpy. 5/10 . But in general Zamboanga City’s hotel are generally like this. Low standars in the hotel industry. Less choices , poor standards but pricey"

"It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. "The staff are very accomodating. Bathroom fixtures need to be cleaned thoroughly or replaced because it looks dirty, though. The place is within downtown area and accessible to transportation services, restaurant, banks. We had a difficult time looking for it because the hotel signage is not very visible. They serve breakfast only."
