Dusty room (dust balls coming out from under the bed), very old bedding, mold on the shower walls, very dated in general. On the first two floors the hotel hosts (illegal) immigrants. They're hanging out in the lobby area, the hallways and the cafeteria. This gives a rather uninviting atmosphere (although there were no troubles).

The hotel is located in the old town. You can easily reach the central market.

Disastrous, the bathroom is a ***** and the truth is that the cleaning is not carried out to a tee, everything is broken and the bed is in poor condition, even a hostel is better than this.

My assessment is quite low, because at 33 degrees it is not normal to be without air conditioning and there is no air at all... the fridge is broken, not working, the shower is half broken too... in short, one thing is old and another destroyed. The photos do not conform to reality.

It was okay...but not great. The room was not ventilated even with the windows open. It was sweltering hot, although the weather outside was great. I asked about air conditioning, but they told me that it could not be activated yet... I did not understand anything. But as a location it's fine.

The rate quality/price is good. It is very cheap. The location is very good , in the centre of the city, close to the Central Market. The bathroom has all we needed. We were able to leave the room at 12 noon. It is the second time I have come here and I'll come a third. On the other hand, the hotel is a bit old. The bathroom and the main room are a bit small for 3 people. The surroundings of the hotel do not inspire much confidence, but I already knew.

Hotel very well located, next to the Central Market and 5 minutes from the Basilica del Pilar. Clean and tidy single room. Correct breakfast. Friendly reception staff. It is evident that it is an old hotel, and that it had its moment of glory, although it serves its purpose for spending a night.

Not recommended. Dirty, neglected, old, shabby, unfriendly staff, the worst I have ever met in my life! It is worth spending a little more and looking for other options. The only good thing is the location depending on the type of trip. It should be classified as a hostel and even then…

It shouldn't be a hotel, it should be classified as a hostel. It's quaint, but it's very old and the decor (including edelvives maps) doesn't help. Breakfast is pretty bad. The garage is in a building opposite if you access it on foot, on the parallel street if you go by car. The garage is small, dirty, full of debris and empty cans, difficult to maneuver and the doors are always open, so anyone can enter. I would recommend booking in the César Augusto car park, I think it is called, it is very close and certainly better guarded. The staff is friendly and it is well located.

This hotel does not have a minimum of quality, very small and very poorly maintained rooms, broken furniture that they don't even bother to fix, black walls of rust, the bed is unbearable. I don't recommend it to anyone.
