We book directly with the hotel we stayed 4 days! We asked for a room at highest floor with a view, (1st bad impression they never replied to my mails! And it's a 4 star hotel!) we reached around 2pm we explained that we sent mail asking for this type of room they said that the baby couldn't fit in the room S facing the street(to me sounded kinda lie) we've got a small tiny room in middle floor and view of a wall inside the hotel !🤬 very disappointed we couldn't se if it was sun or rain if it was day or night...there is no kettle in the room,no tea or coffe... no bathrobe no sleepers(in case you've forgot).. we must even asked for extra towel cuz they didn't put for the baby!! breakfast there was not much choice and I asked for a simple cappuccino they said no.!!.(4 star hotel)😐 We asked late check out ( they charge ,all other 4 star we ve been they all understood with baby it's difficult and they gave us free late c/o) they told us to inform also the receptionist in the morning (4 star hotel, shouldn't they inform themselves?!?!!) There was rainy one day we have a little kid and we ve asked for umbrella and they did not give us( they just gave 3 umbrellas to 2 rooms ppl were together ) unbeliaveable!! Pool on top floor looks good but space it's tiny and pool too.. cannot fit many ppl so you need to go in advance to get a place. Just the position it's good in the center For All the rest I won't advise to anyone😐

Having my sleep abruptly interrupted just after 8 AM in the morning by three very loud knocks on my bedroom door. My first instinct was we must be evacuating and so I've seldom shot out of bed so fast and opened the door thinking my life was is imminent danger to be told by the cleaning lady that it was her who knocked and her job is cleaning. It's just gone 8 O' Clock in the morning and the cleaning lady has abruptly woken me and check-out is 11:30AM. I told her I didn't understand why she would do that and I got the shoulder shrug and a sorry. I rang reception to complain that my sleep was abruptly interrupted and was informed by Reception that it was a mistake and she would talk to the Manager and ring me back. With no hope of more sleep to be had we got ready and packed our things and went to Reception. At Reception I was told she had spoken to the Manager and it was a mistake and that the next time I stay they will waive the Parking Charge. I said if you were genuinely acknowledging the mistake and wanted to make a goodwill gesture the Parking Fee could be waived on this visit. I was told it was not possible. I don't think that means it was impossible just that we admit we made a 'mistake' and if you are willing to spend more of your money with us we will then make a goodwill gesture. So now it's a case of not only was the service bad due to a 'mistake' I am having my intelligence insulted also. This is also a ruse used by disreputable people to keep coining it in. Anyhow I said there won't be a next time and I asked if it was Hotel Policy to wake Guests who haven't breakfast booked. The cognitive decline in her ability to understand English was so fast I was not concerned for her well-being. That vacant look when someone has slipped into neutral. So here we have a Customer paying over €100 who has his complaint acknowledged and we will make it right the next time you stay if ever. I won't as I paid for a good night's sleep and didn't get it.

I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.Thank you.Sincerely yours a guest.

We were a night of walking through Zaragoza and as we already knew this hotel from other previous stays, we didn't want surprises. A central hotel, very close to the Plaza España and the whole centre of the Tubo and the Basilica, gave us for three people a very large room, with very comfortable beds and well equipped with regard to the washing machine. We don't eat at the hotel so we can't comment on this issue except for breakfast: for our taste quite well, very acceptable, sure more than one would miss some product but we neither eat much nor are too much ”sybaritas”. Therefore, no complaints about it. You do not have your own parking, if you come in the weekend you may be able to park on adjacent streets since the blue area is free (or was it before). In our case, as we came between weeks, this was not possible and we had to leave the car in the parking they have concerted a couple of streets, 5 minutes (to make a idea, pay € 15 for a whole day). In the end, it is a safe bet for us when we approach the city.

This small but charming Boutique hotel has everything you need to have a great stay in Zaragoza- Its clean, comfortable, inexpensive, and centrally located! We stayed in a small but comfortable double bed room with spectacular views of the Church and main square. Loved the quirky artistic decor, front desk staff very polite and pleasant, gave us useful tips and were friendly and accommodating. Tourism office right next door, lots of shopping and great restaurants all around- we only stayed one night but we made the most of our time there. Very walkable and good bus/taxi system if you need it. The Pilar Plaza Hotel was a great choice and I highly recommend - as well as the City itself- Zaragoza is a wonderful place to visit!!

It was good ... but not phenomenal. The room was not ventilated nor with open windows. Towards a soaking heat, though the outdoor time was great. I asked for air conditioning, but they told me that it couldn't yet be activated ... I didn't understand anything. But as location is good.

Find on Booking with the name ”Be Zaragoza Hostel” as the cheapest accommodation near the center (52 euro three nights in May). Once you get down the airport bus (Puerta del Carmen stop) you are 12 minutes walking away but the hostel is very comfortable to visit the city. The first night I didn't sleep because of the door's bell, then set behind my complaint. With the magnetic card you also have a comfortable and capable box. Taked comfortable near the bed. Common clean bathrooms. In the ground floor a music club. During my stay a famous Japanese group of Rhythm 'n' beat ...show!

The breakfast is very good, the freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, the fruit bread and the local ham are also very good, the breakfast can get full marks, the hotel is an old hotel, so the facilities are still relatively old, the suites are not very spacious, but the lobby is very grand and the restaurant is good . The room is just average.
