Stayed for 3 nights, excellent location, central and easy to find, very friendly helpful staff who supplied information on the town, restaurants etc. Comfortable room with good air con, coffee machine and sky light window. Would visit again.

We chose this hotel for our express exit to Donosti in accommodation and breakfast and we loved it! The room is very beautiful, modern, well equipped, the comfortable beds, a very chill-glass shower, the very soft and absorbent towels, hair dryer ”real” (not the powerless tube that usually offers other hotels), The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are quite basic but beds are comfortable & there is air conditioning. We had a seaview. The pool/area is very spacious with plenty of beds & umbrellas. We did not eat at the hotel but when we came back one evening & had a drink in the bar other people had food which looked good. We got a taxi into San Sebastian in the evening and that was about 12 euros each way. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel room is very large, clean and well-organized, even pillows can have many choices, very intimate! The staff's English is very fluent, and they take the initiative to introduce different attractions, very friendly and polite! The location of the hotel is far from the old city, but there is a bus stop nearby. If you take the bus, you can go to 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 in about 15 minutes. This hotel is highly recommended! 😃

Get to know the great location of Donosti and its surrounding area. They paid parking 100 meters from the hotel. Parking on the street is difficult.
