Le Zéphir une très très bonne surprise Accueil, personnel, service+++++ Disposition de hôtel ,la plus belle piscine couverte immense Eau thermale a jet,une piscine extérieure thermale !!! A découvrir La propreté, restaurant correct avec parfois de bonnes surprises Des moules,du crabe,,,,,,,

Unfortunately the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The reception staff were so rude to both myself and my husband. There was no acknowledge or greeting as we approached reception. We were totally ignored for ages, no other guests at the desk. They only decided to register us after my husband got their attention. They then shouted at us for expecting to be dealt with politely as we were only paying £40 a night for the room.In general the staff are miserable and so completely disinterested in the guests. Would not stay there again if you paid me to.

pas de WiFi sauf payant),c'est plutôt en famille avec enfants, personnes âgées, si il y avait 20 personnes le soir,pour les animateurs, pas Top! wily et Linko les animateurs, Tops!!! super sympas,de bons souvenirs avec eux👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿.le chef du resto👍🏿ainsi que son équipe. Très belle piscine👍🏿masseuses👍🏿👍🏿.

This new 4-week stay at the Zéphyr for a very reasonable price once again delighted us from the first to the last minute! This resort has become a must for us over the years, our second home... this is also the case for many friends of all nationalities whom we meet with pleasure every year. This undeniably testifies to the quality and stability in continuity... What more can we say about this haven of peace whose quality of service, catering, entertainment as well as the privileged location on the beach make this resort a place where many take pleasure in coming back with their eyes closed... Tunisia fully deserves its label as a warm country when you frequent this type of well-kept establishment because each member of the staff takes pride in bringing you joy and satisfaction. Congratulations to everyone and in particular Ismael, Momo, Ben, Tchicho, Bilel, James etc... Looking forward to seeing you again for three weeks in June!

Very decent hotel and staff, nice swimming pool, quality SPA but other lousy services. Disastrous breakfast buffet, subpar bar, cocktail (in the singular) of very poor quality and hot beer, served with ice cubes. Hotel targeting quantity but no quality. I strongly advise against it and above all, I will never come back.

Dans le descriptif on nous parle de 3 restaurants.... Où sont-ils ?
Dans le seul restaurant trouvé la nourriture n'est pas de qualité et il y a peu de quantité, les machines à boissons sont en panne toutes les 2 minutes .
Sauf le personnel de chambre le reste du personnel n'est pas agréable je dirais même qu'ils n'ont pas envie de travailler.
C'est la guerre aussi bien a la piscine qu'à la plage pour avoir un transat.
Chambre vraiment rustique.
Et surtout l'environnement... Il n'y a absolument rien a faire aux environs, même pas de transport et c'est extrêmement sale ...
Donc aller en Tunisie pour faire seulement du transat sur la plage ...quel intérêt ? Autant aller en Espagne ou au Portugal au moins c'est beau et la nourriture bonne.
