I was working at BRU airport during my stay so the apartment suited my needs fine, may not suit vacation tourists as much. Communication with Ewa prior to my visit was excellent. Zaventem town has plenty of restaurants. The studio had everything I needed. I did have to reboot the wifi. Bus 272 and 282 to/from airport worked out well.
Get off the bus at Zaventem train station. The apartment is at the other side of the train station (go thru the underpass). About 5 minute walk. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Very clean and cozy hotel apartment. Everything was great except for the fact that there was no elevator. If you have no big luggage, then you wouldn't have a problem. But if you do and you cannot carry it up the stairs, then you have a major problem. Other than that the management was very thoughtful putting everything together. One other suggestion aside from the lack of elevator issue, is that it will help a lot to also offer the option of taxi pick up and drop off to and from the airport with a fair rate price, this way, "we the visitors" to your country and establishment, will know that we are not getting ripped off and will appreciate you looking out for us.

The apartment was really clean, nice and in order. The communication was great. The only downside is carrying suitcases up and down the stairs. If I didn't have my children there was no way that I would have been able to get my suitcase upstairs.

This hotel was clean, newly renovated and in a great location, close to the train and excessible to Brussels and very convienient to get to the airport. Our hosts went out of their way to provide a full book of relevant information for travellers, in multiple languages. They had some wine and treats waiting for us, free of charge. The only thing I didnt like was you cant flush ANY toilet paper... As a Canadian, that was a little strange... But bad pipes are not their fault. Zaventem was a lovely little village that felt very safe. There was a grocery store and restaurants all within a 5 min walk. Kitchen well stocked. Train was also a 5 min walk.

Very nice stay!
Near the airport.
The apartment is well equipped and clean.
The instructions for enter was very clear.
The was the brochure with instructions about everything: from transport in neighborhoods to restaurants and contacts.

Other than the check in email being lost in translation the stay was perfect for what we needed. Communication was quick to solve a check in issue and the stay was very comfortable.

Nous avons réservé cette hôtel pour nous reposer car nous avons fait le festival Tomorrowland à boom… hôtel vraiment top on est pas loin du festival et pas loin de brussel ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir faire les 2. Malgres quelque contraintes pour le parking tout est très bien expliqué dans la chambre pour pouvoir faire en sorte que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible.
Si on vient que à revenir nous serons ou réserver notre séjour.

Mooie studio. Compleet ingericht en netjes schoon. Leuke boekje op tafel waarin alles duidelijk wordt ingelegd. Ideaal gelegen in de buurt van supermarkten en de luchthaven. Opladen van de auto is wel een probleem. 2 gelegenheden om de hoek, maar weinig voor de huidige tijd
