However, the location is quite isolated—nowhere near the metro and limited dining options nearby. Fine for an overnight layover, but not ideal for exploring Brussels itself."

If you absolutely have to, pay close attention during the pre-authorization process and keep an eye on the front desk. After check-out, definitely avoid using the express lane and insist on getting a printed receipt."

"The location of the hotel is easy to find, and the parking lot is free, so it should be a hotel suitable for self-driving. However, the hotel room is very small. When I stayed on the second floor, the curtains seemed transparent and I could clearly see people passing by outside."

"Very clean and cozy hotel apartment. Everything was great except for the fact that there was no elevator. If you have no big luggage, then you wouldn't have a problem. But if you do and you cannot carry it up the stairs, then you have a major problem. Other than that the management was very thoughtful putting everything together. One other suggestion aside from the lack of elevator issue, is that it will help a lot to also offer the option of taxi pick up and drop off to and from the airport with a fair rate price, this way, "we the visitors" to your country and establishment, will know that we are not getting ripped off and will appreciate you looking out for us."
