The staff was very prompt in response. The room was spacious and double bed was given which was very comfortable. Wash room was clean and had all amenities. Breakfast was good with sufficient options. The property was at a very quiet. There was no proper window to look outside. Just one window on the slope ceiling with no view.

We had a lovely time at Hotel Sova! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the food was divine. It is situated in a nice quiet area and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Amazing value for money including breakfast €29 for 2!!!!, room was private with shared bathroom - don’t think this was turn off! Brand new, private a clean - it was brilliant. Lovely personal. Room dated but come on its enough to stay.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hier. Die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig, jedoch auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad war aber frisch renoviert. Das Personal war uns gegenüber sehr hilfsbereit und hat unsern Urlaub damit deutlich vereinfacht. Das Restaurant bietet leckere lokale Speisen zu fairen Preisen. Es ist ein perfekter Start-/Zielpunkt für Wanderungen in die Höhe Tatra.
