Gisteren overnacht in Oud London. Geen fan van Fletcher Hotels i.v.m. kwaliteit maar ondanks de ietwat gedateerde uitstraling buiten en binnen is hotel degelijk en goed. Schone ruime kamer , goed bed, snelle incheck. Nespresso op kamer is een plus. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Ontbijt is degelijk en goed ondanks beperkte keuze. Het is in elk geval geen NH ontbijt.

One of my worst hotel experiences ever. The rooms are in the middle of a loud social area in the hotel with only thin wooden walls with just a curtain to protect you from other guests. It is just super loud all night and you cannot find sleep at all. Extra bonus: no windows in the room at all.

Kamer 116 zit in een soort speellokaal voor jong Oranje. Ze zitten dus voor je deur te gamen, te tafeltennissen, darten etc. Dus echt rustig is het daar niet. Leuk voor de jeugd maar met 60+ zoek ik dat niet echt. Zwembad was fijn. Restaurant staat goed bekend qua kwaliteit maar 30 euro voor een kipsaté vind ik toch behoorlijk aan de prijs. De andere gerechten zijn dito. Entrecootje 40 euro?! Dus daar ga ik niet gezellig eten.

Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Nice size room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Only small annoyance, an empty shampoo bottle in the shower.
