"Enjoyed a castle room, with a great bed and good coffee machine. Beautyfull view from large balcony wich would be even more fantastic when the weather is good. Nice bathroom but shower needs more water pressure, tub is great. Hotel itself breaths history and every space is lovely and very enjoyable. Open fires with comfortable chairs to enjoy a good glass of wine or whiskey. Bar is cozy, terras very pretty. Restaurant is modern and well decorated. Menu with Asian influences and food is delicious, specially the oysters were great."

"Hotel located in the centre. Old building, steep staircase, no elevator. We had booked a quadruple room, they had told us a few days before arrival that they could only give us a triple room but in the end it was a double room with an extra bed where it was difficult to open the suitcase. The bathroom was dirty and had a sewage smell. No air conditioning. No room makeover service. Terrible experience for a three star hotel."

However, it's worth noting that the location might be a bit far from the train station, making a personal vehicle quite advantageous for getting around. The rooms, while comfortable, were on the smaller side. Despite the slightly remote location and smaller rooms, the delightful atmosphere and wonderful staff."
