Amazing what looks like a small hotel...but is not...big pool, sauna, all the perks...Great friendly staff...and of course a great view of Matterhorn..very good place to stay in Zermatt

There are so many hotels in Zamat! But the hostess of this hotel is very "friendly" and will take care of tourists together with the staff! She would take the initiative to say goodbye to us after we checked out! Makes me feel "at home"! The room is fully equipped and cleaned very well! Breakfast is fresh! A happy and relaxing stay!

Wir haben nun bereits zum dritten Mal im März eine Woche Skiferien in Zermatt verbracht. Neben dem tollen Skigebiet ist vor allem auch das Hotel Christiania Mountain & Spa ein wichtiger Grund, wieso wir immer wieder nach Zermatt zurückkehren. Die Familie Franzen und ihre Mitarbeitenden bieten ein tolles Wohlfühl-Produkt an - hier stimmt für uns einfach einfach alles: Zimmer, Schwimmbad/Spa, öffentliche Räume, Restaurant/Essen und vor allem der aufmerksame, freundlich-familiäre Service und die persönliche Gästebetreuung. Zudem ist die Lage des Hotels ebenfalls perfekt für unvergessliche Zermatt-Ferien. Wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen!

Excellent hotel with a perfect Swiss service. My friend and I got an amazing room facing the Matterhorn. Make sure you check that before booking. There's a very nice spa with a 25m heated swimming pool. We also booked the half pension choice with breakfast and dinner. Absolutely satisfied

We Spend imemorable days in this venue with the family. The hotel offers large Spa and swimming pool, excellent service and attention to clients. Rooms are spacious and well fitted, nicely decor and love to detail. The restaurant offers beside to de "A la Carte" menu also a Set menu with option to cross some dishes to A la carte. The bar is cosy and well managed. Reception and attention is inmacuwlous. We had an issue with a ski accident and one of the family members had to shortcut his holidays, I would like to highlight the attention offered and the offer to reimburse the paid room on his behalf; this is not common in a Ski resort, we valued this opportunity and promised to return next year, we are all around happy. Thank you to the tema and to the owning Family!

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at ,the facilities are first class as is location but what makes an hotel special are the staff . Every single member from spa to restaurant to front desk were so helpful and friendly . We were a large group and felt really looked after .

Customer service was impeccable from the front desk to the restaurant nothing is too much trouble. Every member of staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms hotel and spa were all spotlessly clean. The restaurant has the most amazing views of the Matterhorn which along with excellent service and the most delicious food and wine adds up to a very special experience. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

Très bel établissement, propre convivial, on s'y sent bien. Le personnel ainsi que la direction marquent une attention particulière aux demandes et doléances de ses hôtes. Magnifique spa L'hôtel est très proche du funiculaire de Sunnega (env 100 m) A recommander sans modération.
