"Let's talk about the advantages first: a great view of the Matterhorn, you can see it from the terrace, and you can also see it when you have breakfast in the restaurant, the view is very good. The room is about 10 minutes' walk from the train station, and it's still a bit hard to drag the suitcase, but there is a free taxi when you check out and go to the station~ The other feeling is that the room is so small... There are few types of breakfast, especially after staying at sunstar, the difference in breakfast is a bit obvious. In addition, the main door is a bit difficult to find, you have to go up a few stairs and walk through a corridor to get there. I was so tired when I arrived in Zermatt that day, and it was painful to carry the luggage up the stairs. In short, the recommendation index is three and a half stars."

"Very satisfied with all aspects, the service staff is enthusiastic. The room was given foreign wine, chocolate and apples. The only regret is the standing crane, which blocks the view and is noisy. But this is not the hotel's problem, it is said to be a construction school. I will stay here again if I have the chance."

"It's about a 5-minute walk from the station. It's right next to a church, in the heart of the town. The service was impeccable, with a message card, complimentary drinks, wine, chocolate, and fruit. The service was so good that I actually checked if the price listed on Trip.com was correct. I booked a room with breakfast included, and I was very satisfied with the delicious food. It's nice to splurge once in a while, but I was surprised to find such a great deal for the peak season in a world-famous tourist destination."

You could genuinely cook a meal, and the utensils weren't scratched up or super old, actually usable. Hotel Facilities - The pool and sauna were amazing!! Location - Super close to the train station, a flat walk from there so no issues even with heavy luggage. This hotel even has WhatsApp for contacting them!! The only minor downside - They charge for the train station shuttle, but since it's only about a 5-8 minute walk (not uphill, so pushing large luggage isn't strenuous), walking is perfectly acceptable."

The room was well-cleaned, and the facilities seemed relatively new. Even though I'm a bit of a clean freak, I was very satisfied! The interior was woody and relaxing. I'd like to stay at this hotel again!"

"This seemed to be the cheapest hotel in Zermatt, which was a lifesaver for a solo student traveler like me (even though it was still incredibly expensive!). While it only had basic amenities, including a shower and a bathtub, it was perfectly sufficient for a solo trip. What stood out the most was how incredibly kind the front desk staff were. I bothered them by asking for hot water two days in a row and for an early check-out while they were busy, but they never showed any annoyance and even told me not to apologize. I truly appreciated their help. I'd recommend this place to Japanese travelers (especially students), but be aware that you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms, so if you're sensitive to sound, you might want to look elsewhere."

"Since I only planned to go skiing when I went to Zermatt, I booked a hotel close to the ski resort, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the ski resort. This is a B&B, and the service is pretty good. The breakfast is a normal European hotel breakfast buffet. The room is quite large and clean, with a sofa bed and a balcony. Unfortunately, it does not face the Matterhorn. Friends who like skiing can make a reservation"
