Excellent Matterhorn view from the room. Christina, I guess the owner of the hotel with excellent service and hospitality. However, the breakfast restaurant crews were not at par on service. Sight some argument with the tour group for table sitting arrangement which was not handled well. The crews wee also not with expected service too. The 2nd day breakfast was finished at 8am and we were told that it will not be replenished and that it was for the day. The spread with some left overs and we were not being offered any other arrangement. This is not acceptable with breakfast package. End up we hv to prepare ourselves with our own food. Very disappointed with this.

Great hotel with great friendly staff. Was here with 40+ people and it was an amazing experience. Wait staff at breakfast and dinners were just wonderful, so friendly. Front desk people were knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Albana Real hotel for anyone. Breakfast food was great and we had three meals here, one in each of three different specialities. Location was also very good, but in Zurmatt no location is poor

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has a great location near ski lifts and town center, an amazing breakfast, and restaurants conveniently on site. Highly recommend.

Cet hôtel possède un magnifique restaurant Thaï et Japonais à ne pas manquer . Par contre les chambres sont correctes mais sans plus . Cet hôtel joue le tourisme de masse et est remplis d’asiatiques qui n’ont aucun égard aux autres . Des hurlements dans les corridors incessants et sur les balcons . De plus on est même venu frapper avec insistance à notre porte alors que nous dormions .Non ça ne vas pas , à vouloir faire du tourisme de masse on tue la qualite .Ce fut notre pire séjour à Zermatt où nous venons au minimum chaque année . Bref on est contrarié et on se rend compte que à Zermatt il y a bientôt plus que le fric qui compte .

Wir waren für ca. eine Woche in Coronazeiten in den Skiferien, das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, jedoch haben wir in Zermatt schon besser logiert. Die Grosse Lounge war nur für Raucher(!) reserviert, somit mit kleinerem Kind unbrauchbar, die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Bar wiederum nur von Menschen ohne Maske in lautstarker Unterhaltung, bzw. von Nacktnasen ( Personal) besucht.
