這家酒店兩個點。
1.酒店明明就叫Alpenhof酒店（見圖一圖二），攜程平台上偏要叫wellness hotel alpenhof，害的我Google map隨便怎麼都找不到wellness hotel，在兩個鐵路站間來回奔波。攜程請看看圖五最精準的Google map的稱謂。
2. 入住時酒店給了間邊角落房間，斜頂的，面積大概沒少但體積肯定少了，這房間進去人就抑鬱了。再看看訂房時頁面展示（圖四）。後來經攜程協調給換了間正常房間。明明有房卻給間邊角落房，這家酒店真是夠壞的。zermatt小鎮酒店千千萬萬家，以後不來這裏了，太欺負人了。

酒店是4星，屬於Julen家族，Julen在采爾馬特有四家酒店三家餐館。這裏户外的椅子上都會提供一塊小羊皮，酒店有温泉和桑拿，不過是要裸着去的，沒在日本享受過男女共浴共桑，但來瑞士享受了一把，不裸着就會覺得尷尬，因為其他人都是裸着的。酒店的早餐非常豐盛，可以自己榨橙汁，有多種肉乾、奶酪和黃油可以選擇，還可以單點煎蛋卷、煎蛋、華夫餅等。煮雞蛋也煮的恰到好處，蛋黃的流心的。一定要喝瑞士的牛奶，讓服務員提供熱牛奶，非常新鮮，濃濃奶香。

服務人員態度及耐心都很棒、房間漂亮也很舒適整潔、地理位置也很棒。飯店還附spa只可惜忘了帶泳褲。下次ㄧ定會在回來入住

Vom Empfang bis hin über das tolle Zimmer und die Infrastruktur, ist alles wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Essen und Frühstückbuffet war ein Genuss. Ich danke der Gastgeberfamilie und Team für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Ein absolut toller Aufenthalt. Ein Hotel das keine Wünsche offen lässt, top Mitarbeiter, sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen ein rundum super Erlebnis. Wunderschöne und sauber Zimmer, sehr guet eingerichtet und Geniale Betten!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms and facilities are just wonderful. We stayed two nights and were treated to a winter wonderland from our balcony. The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed with an adjoining shower and toilet. The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. The food was good and the bar area and service was great too. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and area as well as the outdoor spa with the snow falling. Staff were excellent and helpful. It is within easy walking distance from the town centre and rail station. If you call and ask them they will come and pick you up and drop you off. Excellent service. Overall a it was a great experience for us and one that we would love to repeat! Great place to get on (or off) the Glacier Express too which was also fantastic fun!
