The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and the Matterhorn train. The hotel front desk is very welcoming. The only drawback is that they are only given one bottle of water a day and have to buy the rest by themselves.

Best facility. best staff. best location. The spa and pool are perfect for warming up in the chilly summer of Zermatt. If I have a chance to visit Switzerland again in winter, I will definitely stay here again.

The location is very convenient. It takes two or three minutes to walk across from the train station. The hotel room is very new. Open the window and the balcony is full of birdsong and flowers. The hotel has a spa service. The breakfast is great. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. The only drawback is that the bathroom is not dry Wet separation, but does not affect the advantages of the hotel
