The hotel is retro and the bar is very nice! It's very close to the train station, just a five-minute walk. The front desk service is OK, not bad. The facilities are a bit old, but well maintained and clean. I slept very comfortably! The view outside the window is OK.

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter.
Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

We had a great time at this resort. If you are going up the mountain the train and the bus is very close. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic! I would defentenly go back!

Location was super accessible from main stations, views from higher level rooms was fabulous!
Breakfast staff was cheerful and accommodating.
Highly recommend, will book again when in Zermatt!

The hotel facilities are fantastic and you will surely enjoy them: the bar which feels so comfortable at any given hour if the day, the indoor pool, tennis court, squash, gym, sauna and more. Location is excellent, so close to the main street and the train station. The service is suoerb abd food quality is at its best. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable and the view from the balcony was very nice.
