The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, and you can see part of the panoramic view. The decoration style of the hotel is also very nice. Although it is snowing heavily outside, the heating in the room is unbearable, but the price is a bit expensive.

離采爾馬特火車站還是有點遠，特別是下雪路面就直接放棄提箱子走路去酒店，因為我走到一半導航也不知道從哪裡上去，直接火車站打的士過去吧！好像是超過晚上7點就沒人辦入住，需要郵件聯繫會發開門密碼自行進去，但是聯繫攜程客服也可以轉發郵件，早餐還是不錯！房間其實挺一般！

A comfortable hotel in Zermatt with very friendly and very helpful hosts. An honesty bar is available for when the hotel bar is closed which works well. The small rooms are small, but good value; perfect for single occupancy, cosy for two. The facilities were clean and everything maintained to an excellent (as new) standard.

Jolie chambre, fonctionnelle Accueil familial de tradition Service disponible et bien organisé pour ce qui est du self-service (bars et commodités). Un très bon point pour la situation calme tout en étant proche du centre du village. Tout pour passer un séjour agréable à Zermatt.

This is a great hotel for your visit to Zermatt. Our rooms had a direct view of the Matterhorn which was incredible. The location is great. Close enough to the main street and lifts and far enough away to escape the noise of the busy area. The room was clean and well kept. The only thing that would have made the stay better is if we had access to an iron. It’s a great place and we’ll be back!!
