I understand that the rent in Zermatt is very expensive, and an apar**ent is the most expensive room in my entire trip to Switzerland. However, the service and hygiene are very disappointing in all aspects. The most important thing is that the pictures on your website constantly mislead guests. I thought I was suffering from the high price. You can enjoy the spa in the room. Please cancel these photos immediately｜Please also pay attention to a notice posted in the kitchen. Many fines are very high. Please pay attention to cleaning the garbage. I don't want to come and charge your credit card for the fine.

I was in Zermatt very little and with little notice, my daughter who works there found me this residence, very convenient and close to her, apart from the first shock of not finding anyone to interact with at the reception, I must say that the method for a few check in operations were easy and "intuitive" because there were no instructions in Italian so we used intuition (a lot) and the little we know of English. The room was much better than expected, clean, very nice and very heated, lots of space and light, but instructions or rules of use were in Italian needless to say but the TV had a lot of Italian channels. The bathroom with tub and glass screen for showering is impractical. The only flaw is the dirty kitchen oven and the very bumpy driveway and no one has shoveled the snow in two days. In the end we had a great time, I recommend it.
