Big, spacious rooms with private balcony for you to enjoy unblocked mountain views. Breakfast was great, check-in was a little late at 3pm though.

clean and cozy room with a nice spacious balcony. balcony had a good view of the mountain in the distance but nothing wow. breakfast buffet is normal. they offer free beverages and some snacks during tea time. Location is very convenient, just 5 mins walk away from Zermatt train station.

Best hotel in this trip! Very close to train station and hotel room is new and clean. Restaurants are around. Very nice stay and will definitely come back when visiting Zermatt again.

I asked for a double room with a terrace, located on the first floor. About half of the terrace is blocked by the hillside. The room is large and there are quite a lot of breakfast options. The hotel is in a very good location, five minutes from the train station.

The room has a balcony and you can see the snow scenery. It is quite large and you can bring a baby with an extra bed and free afternoon tea. It feels good to sit by the warm fireplace and drink a cup of hot tea
