We couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The staff was wonderful - especially Lina! Our room and view of the Matterhorn were both amazing. Breakfast was great, it was close to everything, and everyone was so accommodating. We also loved the convenience of the train station transfer (esp in the snow!). We will be back!

We stayed at the hotel during our honeymoon in 2021. Hotel is one of the best hotels we stayed at, we loved it. Staff, room, location, and breakfast were excellent. We were upgraded to a Matterhorn view room which has a breathtaking view! Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel. Definitely coming back when we visit Zermatt.
