Everything was good at this hotel except the automatic lights sensor which has a very annoying sound throughout our stay.
Other than this, all’s well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station.
Thanks for the great service, strongly recommended.

Une nuit en chambre familiale dans cet hôtel sympathique. Chambre bien conçue, lit confortable, hôtel très bien décoré. Accueil chaleureux, emplacement parfait pour skier. Restaurant bon avec des plats à partager, ambiance très décontractée et jeune. Terrasses avec apéro et musique. Petit déjeuner non inclu.

Absolut genial von der Lage! Top organisiert in Allem. Wir hatten die 105 als Upgrade aller herzlichsten Dank dafür- zur Straße und Bahngleisen, stört Zero …. Tolles Konzept - Zimmer, Bar, Bistro, Skikeller megaaaa - Du fällst aus dem Ski raus - 2 Minuten zu laufen zur Sunegga und direkt in den Skikeller rein. Gesamtes Personal und Hund super! Wir haben reserviert für 2025

We had a short but wonderful stay at Zermama. Very friendly and professional staff. I’ve been travelling around the world both privately and professionally staying in a wide variety of hotels but Zermama is one of my favorites. You feel that the hotel is managed with respect for its staff and that’s why the staff is so respectful to its guests too. Our well deserved congrats to the Zermama team with a special thank you to Amanda for the pleasant talks with my morning coffee. Every Zermama team member deserved a star which makes it more than 5! We’ll come back.
