The room was cozy and comfortable, very relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. The glasses-wearing waiter at the front desk was warm and friendly, adding a pleasant experience to the vacation. The hotel has a pick-up service, and the luggage was carried up and down, which was very enthusiastic. The town of Zermatt was very clean and had a pleasant trip.

A wonderful luxurious alpine setup awaits you at the lobby and the rooms are modern and tastefully furnish. Super cozy. One of our best stays in Switzerland. We found the staffs to be exceptionally warm and kind, attending to all our needs, without skipping a beat despite handling a number of occupants. The staffs are the highlights for sure for their wonderful hospitality. Loved the chocolates we were gifted at departure !

We had such a wonderful stay with hotel Chesa Valese. Daniela and Michael have both been wonderful and very helpful with information when we approached them. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast were very home feel. It has been quaint and cosy experience for both of us.

Excellent welcome already upon booking with clear and quick responses. The hotel is well located, clean, quiet. We traveled with a dog and were very well received. Special requests could be taken into account. We were delighted with our stay.

This was our fifth time at the Hotel Chesa Valese. We appreciate the warm hospitality, from the pick-up service at the train station to the reception, service in the breakfast room, room service and afternoon/evening meals. No matter who is on duty, you always feel very welcome. Breakfast is very varied and always a highlight for us. The spa area is very nice and is recommended if the weather is not great. The fitness room at the Hotel Couronne can be used (50 meters), I really liked it. We will be back!
