Wonderfully cosy hotel, really friendly and helpful staff leading to a very happy and relaxed atmosphere. The food each night was delicious as was breakfast. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable with wonderful views over larch woods and mountains from the balcony.

Fantastisches Ski in Ski out Hotel. Die Lage im Matterhorngebiet ist perfekt, mitten im Skigebiet von Zermatt und Cervinia, in der Nähe des Skilifts und inmitten der Natur. Ruhige Lage, außerhalb des Zentrums von Zermatt. Alle Hotelangestellten sehr freundlich, obwohl es fast das Ende der Skisaison ist. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Zimmer schön. Wir hatten zwei schöne, miteinander verbundene Zimmer gebucht, so dass wir auch zwei Bäder für die Familie hatten. Das Spa ist wunderbar! Gute Sauna, Dampfbad und großer Ruheraum mit Pool. Die Massage, die wir an dem einzigen Regentag gebucht hatten, kam sehr gut an. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Nous allons depuis plusieurs années pour un séjour à l'Hôtel Silvana. Nous avons toujours été très bien reçu avec un team au top. Le restaurant est excellent, le buffet du petit déjeuné très garni avec des demandes spéciales faites à la minute. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le spa est très agréable après le ski. Sans parler de la situation à Furi ski in/out. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

5 von 5 Punkten, weil 1. absolut gemütliches Ambiente, bei dem man sich einfach wohl fühlen muss 2. wirklich außergewöhnlich sympathische und stets gutgelaunte Gastgeber und Mitarbeiter, bei denen man sich schon fast eher als „Freund“ als nur als Gast gefühlt hat 3. keine abgehobene Sterneküche, aber normal und absolut ausreichend gutes Frühstück und abwechslungsreiches und sehr leckeres Abendessen 4. perfekte Lage direkt neben der Piste 5. kleiner, aber wiederum sehr gemütlicher und für uns absolut ausreichender Wellnessbereich Wir kommen gerne wieder

A lovely week in this really well run family hotel. It’s small, peaceful, and convenient for two of the three ski areas in Zermatt. The rooms are very nicely fitted out and for us, the family room with extra two beds on the mezzanine was perfect for our children. The food on the half board is very good and there is plenty of choice off the a la carte if you don’t fancy what’s on offer. Finally it’s a real treat to have such a nice spa/pool area in a hotel of this grading..it’s exceptionally clean and well appointed and the kids loved mucking around and in pool after a day’s skiing, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you love Zermatt and want a change from staying in town. Ski in and ski is rare in Zermatt and a real treat!

Einzigartige Freundlichkeit des Personals. Hervorragendes Essen. Grossartige Lage direkt an der Skipiste. Stilvoll eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer und entspannender Spa-Bereich. Die An- und Abreise ist bestens organisiert. Mehr kann man nicht bekommen!

What an outstanding experience, from start to finish even from initial communications everyone was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. Food is delightful and prices for hotel and drinks are great for Zermatt. We were there as a family for a week and our daughter has a beautiful single room in the lodge. Our room was also great on 1st floor. Everyone made us extremely welcome and we had many entertaining nights at dinner and in the bar. They have a great option for dinner where you can trade the fixed dinner for a credit against the a la carte menu which is great if you just can’t face the whole 4 courses. Wine prices were reasonable as was the eventual bar bill. We hadn’t seen a queue the whole week until we returned to the village to get the train to Täsch on our return journey and it made us doubly glad to have spent the week “in Furi far away from the maddening crowds”.

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war unser Aufenthalt in jeder Beziehung Top, Top, Top. Auch wenn es mal ein verschneiter Tag ist, dann genossen wir den SPA und die Aperobar. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im Silvana Mountain Hotel.
