Beautiful property. extremely well-designed suites. Very friendly personnel. Excellent location for the Matterhorn view.
The room was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, excellent house cleaning services. Provide personal skincare product, especially the sheep soap that I love it ! Breakfast was also excellent.
I’d want to go there again ! :)

デザインマッターホルン ルームに宿泊しました。素朴さとモダンが同居した心地よい部屋。なにより、部屋からもバルコニーからもマッターホルンの姿が手に取るように見えることが、この部屋の魅力です。 二食付きのプランでしたが、夕食も量もちょうど良く美味でした。スタッフも、個人差はあれども心地よいサービスは共通していました。 駅からの往復は送迎をリクエストしておくのがオススメです。

Room was spacious and had plenty of light. Excellent details like 2 sofa chairs, separate loo and the bathroom had a separate bath and walk-in shower. Food was delicious but wines over priced in my opinion. Staff was courteous and attentive. Ski room was clean and modern with state of the art heating/drying equipment. Wonderful spa with a large hot tub and different types of sauna.

A family business that is run with a lot of passion. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Modern rooms with comfortable beds, very good food, beautiful spa area, helpful and friendly staff, central but still quiet location.

Just a spectacular charming hotel and spa with the most amiable of staff! The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and so comfortable; ours had a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. If you don't get a room with a view, no worries, as the restaurant offers a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is incredible, don't skip it and the view that comes with it. The bar offers a great fun place to wind down. The spa was clean and quiet ... wish the spa offered more hours in late evening, because its just so great to enjoy their fantastic steam room and sauna after a very long day of hiking and skiing. The location is very close to transportation and shops but very private and incredibly quiet. The sheep motif is adorable. We cannot thank the staff enough as my husband left his glasses behind. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and forwarded them to our next location. Go figure, he realized later he packed his prescription glasses and the ones left behind were cheap reading glasses. The staff sent them anyway, going the extra mile. We will be back and will stay longer.

We stayed at Hotel Europe for 3 nights as a last stop on a self-guided hiking tour with Alpine Hikers. Hotel Europe is just lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Our balcony faced the Matterhorn with a crystal clear view! The restaurant is outstanding, great food, wine, and coffee and the staff were excellent. I believe we had the pleasure of meeting Natalie, a wonderful server with a great sense of humor and joy. The location is very close to everything but tucked off the main thoroughfare. It's worth the money! Highly recommend

Not only is the quality of the facilities, food and drinks really excellent, but the staff are also extremely friendly. That is a combination that you always want in hotels and I am sure that the Hotel Europe will definitely be in demand again when we are in Zermatt again.

The hotel offers first-class service and a cozy a**osphere. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The host family and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and dinner is a highlight. The sommelier recommends great wines. The hotel bar with bar manager Tatjana is also highly recommended. The location of the hotel is ideal. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable stay that I can only recommend! Almost like coming home.

We spent 4 nights in this central but yet calm hotel. We really liked the cozy a**osphere and the nice details all around the property. Big, functional and super clean room. Small but well equipped spa area and lots of massage options. Excellent restaurant with nice mountain views; delicious food with various daily options… everything was so tasty and well presented that it was difficult to choose. Very friendly and helpful staff; we really appreciated all the personal touches and the relaxed a**osphere. Overall a very good option in Zermatt.
