Beautiful property. extremely well-designed suites. Very friendly personnel. Excellent location for the Matterhorn view.
The room was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, excellent house cleaning services. Provide personal skincare product, especially the sheep soap that I love it ! Breakfast was also excellent.
I’d want to go there again ! :)

Room was spacious and had plenty of light. Excellent details like 2 sofa chairs, separate loo and the bathroom had a separate bath and walk-in shower. Food was delicious but wines over priced in my opinion. Staff was courteous and attentive. Ski room was clean and modern with state of the art heating/drying equipment. Wonderful spa with a large hot tub and different types of sauna.

Ein Familienbetrieb, der mit viel Herzblut geführt wird. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Moderne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, sehr gute Küche, schöner SPA - Bereich, hilfsbereites und nettes Personal, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage.

Just a spectacular charming hotel and spa with the most amiable of staff! The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and so comfortable; ours had a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. If you don't get a room with a view, no worries, as the restaurant offers a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is incredible, don't skip it and the view that comes with it. The bar offers a great fun place to wind down. The spa was clean and quiet ... wish the spa offered more hours in late evening, because its just so great to enjoy their fantastic steam room and sauna after a very long day of hiking and skiing. The location is very close to transportation and shops but very private and incredibly quiet. The sheep motif is adorable. We cannot thank the staff enough as my husband left his glasses behind. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and forwarded them to our next location. Go figure, he realized later he packed his prescription glasses and the ones left behind were cheap reading glasses. The staff sent them anyway, going the extra mile. We will be back and will stay longer.

We stayed at Hotel Europe for 3 nights as a last stop on a self-guided hiking tour with Alpine Hikers. Hotel Europe is just lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Our balcony faced the Matterhorn with a crystal clear view! The restaurant is outstanding, great food, wine, and coffee and the staff were excellent. I believe we had the pleasure of meeting Natalie, a wonderful server with a great sense of humor and joy. The location is very close to everything but tucked off the main thoroughfare. It's worth the money! Highly recommend

Nicht nur ist die Qualität der Ausstattung, des Essens und der Getränke wirklich exzellent, sondern die Mitarbeiter zeichnen sich durch eine extreme Freundlichkeit aus. Das ist eine Kombination, die man sich Hotels immer wünscht und ich bin sicher, dass das Hotel Europe auf jeden Fall wieder angefragt wird, wenn wir mal wieder in Zermatt sind.

Das Hotel bietet einen erstklassigen Service und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Die Gastfamilie und das Personal sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und lecker, das Abendessen ein Highlight. Der Sommelier empfiehlt tolle Weine. Die Hotelbar mit Barchefin Tatjana ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den ich nur weiterempfehlen kann! Fast schon als würde man nach Hause kommen.

We spent 4 nights in this central but yet calm hotel. We really liked the cozy atmosphere and the nice details all around the property. Big, functional and super clean room. Small but well equipped spa area and lots of massage options. Excellent restaurant with nice mountain views; delicious food with various daily options… everything was so tasty and well presented that it was difficult to choose. Very friendly and helpful staff; we really appreciated all the personal touches and the relaxed atmosphere. Overall a very good option in Zermatt.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites, aufmerksames Personal. Das Familienzimmer war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gemundet; wirklich toll! Abwechslungsreiches Abendessen in einer sehr gemütlichen Atmosphäre haben wir vorgefunden. Der Abholdienst bei der Ankunft und das Bringen zum Bahnhof hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Spa-Bereich war gut und sehr schön. Es gab einen Skikasten für die Skischuhe und die Ski, was wir geschätzt haben. Für 4 Personen war dieser allerdings zu klein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir haben es genossen. Danke!
