Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip to Zermatt due to sickness. I had called reception a few days before to find out if we could modify our stay, but this was denied because of their polices which I totally understand. Later, the day before of our stay, I finally called saying we wouldn't be coming and I get answered by an angry lady on the other side of the phone saying something like "you already called", she seemed very annoyed, and I was actually not asking for anything in return, just informing the property that they could free up the room and sell it as we were not coming. This lady called Agnieszka Roch is very arrogant, unwelcoming, impolite and speaks in an angry manner. Although we liked the place for what we saw online, she made us not want to even think about booking this guesthouse next time, which is a pity. Being a hotel manager for over 10 years in Argentina I could only suggest changing the reception team. People who call you need to feel welcome and answered in a polite friendly manner, certainly not the service we got when calling to your place.
