This view is incredible. It would be nice if the quilt was more comfortable. This quilt is a bit too rough. The store owner is really super considerate. He showed us the hotel and introduced us in detail. I love it.

The location of the hotel is within 8 minutes from the Zermatt Railway Station, along the bustling street, restaurants and shops, lively and convenient. The decoration of the hotel is in the style of a warm log cabin. The room is small but neat. The bathroom is refurbished and very nice. This time I couldn't book a room with a terrace, but you can see the Matterhorn when you have breakfast in the restaurant, and you will consider staying next time.

The room was clean and the breakfast was first class. The Swiss are really high-quality, and the waiters are very good. The wifi is strong, and the most important thing is that the location of the room is completely opposite to Mount Zhai, which is very good. Is a hotel worth recommending

We are a couple from US on a ski trip. We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is good for both skiing and shopping and the room was very clean. Everyone was very friendly and always trying to help. The breakfast is lovely with a great view of the Matterhorn.
The only disappoin**ent was the transportation. The staff is not informed enough to help coordinate the transport from the hotel to the train station that requires an additional transfer from the electric taxi to the regular taxi. I wish they would just include the taxi in the hotel price and provide a shuttle. Ski trips are hard due to the extra luggage (ski bags). Help coordinating transportation would enhance the experience.
Overall our stay was great and I would recommend Parnass hotel to our friends.

This was a great hotel, centrally located in Zermatt and close to all the things we needed in the village. Staff were lovely and helpful and the rooms were clean. Bathrooms in the common areas had recently been updated too. Would happily recommend.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Owner and staff are also veey friendly. Toilet is big and nice. Though a distance of walking in the snow from train station to hotel, but overall still managable.
The radiators in the room werent working and even after troubleshooting, the issue wasnt resolved. the staff provided portable heaters for us.
Overall a pleasant stay for 3 of us.
