Booked a family room for 3 adults and 1 child. Service at front counter is excellent! Courteous, friendly and informative. Also we got upgraded! Room is clean and spacious and has a balcony. On going renovation next door during our stay in Oct 2024. Resort has 2 restaurant at the hotel but one apparently requires reservation and has seating time. We were famished when arrived at the restaurant at 8pm, but were told to come back at 830pm for second seating. Such a disappointment when the front counter service was excellent. Had dinner at the pub instead, food wasn’t too bad. Spa facilities was great. Would stay at the same Ola e again. Value for money

Good location which is 5 mins away from the Zermatt station, budget rooms are huge with big bathroom which is more than enough for family. Shuttle service between the hotel resort to the station which is a bonus. Excellent experience overall.

The hotel is one of the most satisfying hotels I have stayed in in Switzerland these days. The first day I came to Zermatt was snowy and I went up the mountain but didn’t see the Matterhorn. Unexpectedly, I saw the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain from the hotel balcony the next morning. so lucky Hotel service is very good There are outdoor hot springs, etc. I don’t know if it’s because of my diamond membership. They upgraded me to a room upstairs. Very good. Thank you.

The hotel is very good. I have been in Switzerland for so many days. This is the hotel I am most satisfied with. It is very clean, the room is large, and there is a balcony. The hotel has a swimming pool. The breakfast is also very good. The front desk staff is very friendly.

The service staff is very kind, the room is much larger than expected, the breakfast is great, the SPA and other facilities are good, it is highly recommended, and it is recommended to arrive early to use the hotel facilities.

酒店位置方便，十分鐘便可到zermatt火車站，大型三人房浴室空間很大，且設備齊全，check out時可自行把鎖匙放於check out box裏，方便快捷。

瑞士旅行裏面住到的驚喜酒店！ 位置：酒店位置距離火車站走路大概7分鐘吧，路線很簡單，要知道采爾馬特很多爬坡的路，領着行李箱會很不方便，但這個路程拖着行李箱也不會覺得累！ 環境：酒店應該是由幾個酒店組成，大堂的環境是山間木屋的感覺，超級有感覺。沒有訂到樓上的，房間：我們的房間位於地下一層；過道有點老舊，但是房間內部雖然有年份但是很温馨的感覺，房間分為2層，上面是床，-1樓是廁所和衣帽間，空間挺大； 整體很推薦，下次有機會會去試試上面樓層的房型

都很滿意，酒店應該是拿了一些比較特殊的房間當做經濟型客房，實際都是與四星級酒店共用早餐設施。我訂的除了房間在一樓，其它都很滿意，離車站也不遠。
