Carol is a wonderful hostess, kind, welcoming, friendly. She speaks excellent English. She helped me with tickets and advised what routes to take and how to better pass them in the park. The place is very clean, light, with a very nice design. In their restaurant they serve delicious homemade food! This hotel has everything you need to come back after exploring the park and get all the pleasure relaxing there. As for me, I was writing my book there, and the whole peaceful a**osphere of the place and people there inspired me a lot. Many thanks to all and everyone! Wish you success and flourishing! Highly recommend.

A simple authentic family run place in real China. Carol and her family are so kind you get village life with all the perks of tourist assistance. Perfect for the Zhangjiajie Park and surrounding local life. Home cooked food from Carol and her mum and all really inexpensive. Thank you. An authentic China experience. You will get help with everything.

Carol and her family could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Good, clean, simple accommodation a short walk from the quietest and best entrance to the park. Great food, lots of advice, transfers, guide, help getting COVID tests...
