總體感覺不好，樓上住宿，樓下飯店，店裡比較亂。房間床單上有臟痕，還發現了死蟲子，懷疑更換不及時，水壺蓋子還是斷的，衞生間抽風機壞的。酒店用品不給送到房間，還需要自己下樓取，服務態度感受不好。張家界幾天住的印象最差的民宿了。
