Great service, great facility, good price, the hotel did help us a lot in planning the trip and gave us a tea bottle as a gift. The hotel doesn't have a lift but the staff is willing to help with the luggage to your room.

This place was way beyond our expectations! Very good location and room is spacious and clean. There was even a bathtub! Place was very new and renovated well, room design is thoughtful and owner is very approachable and helpful as well. She got us tickets for the sites at a cheaper rate and explained to us how to visit the scenic areas too. Definitely will recommend this place !!

They recommended tourist routes to me in advance before I arrived in Zhangjiajie, and answered my curious points one by one. They also helped to book tickets for various means of transportation during the scenic spot journey and help carry luggage. I feel that I can't leave them in Zhangjiajie. I ask them for everything. In fact, many things are not within the scope of the responsibilities of a homestay owner. This makes a person who is traveling to the local area for the first time feel intimate and down-to-earth. 🥹 It was also related to this factor. We originally planned to stay in Zhangjiajie for only one night, but later changed the itinerary to stay for two more days. When we asked the owner, the room was fully booked, but a guest just checked out, so we quickly extended the room for another night. When we were hesitating whether to go to the city or Wulingyuan District on the last day, his room was fully booked. This made me very frustrated, so I had no choice but to find a B&B to stay in temporarily... This was the first hotel I stayed in when I came to Zhangjiajie. I was so satisfied that I said when I left that I would arrange for my parents to stay in this hotel next time they come. In short, if you come to Zhangjiajie, stay in this hotel and you won’t make a mistake!

We originally planned to stay in the city for the last night, but we felt that staying here felt good and everything was very convenient, so we stayed for four nights in a row. I would lie on the balcony every morning to look at the distant green mountains. The boss was very enthusiastic and gave a very detailed travel route. It rained on the first day, and the itinerary was changed at the boss's suggestion. The boss said that it was foggy on the mountain when it rained, so we would go to the mountain when it was sunny the next day. Today we can play in the Golden Whip Stream at the foot of the mountain. The Golden Whip Stream is so beautiful. The next day we also saw the mountain perfectly and had a lot of fun. I highly recommend this homestay and I am very satisfied.
