服務態度挺好的，每晚8:00都會送水果拼盤，我預訂了四天，因為行程有變退了一晚。酒店離張家界國家森林公園很近，走五分鐘就到了，訂的房間沒有包早餐，但店家還熱情讓我們早上去酒店吃早餐，總體服務很贊。門口有很多飯店，附近還有小吃一條街。吃飯挺方便。

離張家界武陵源東門（標緻門）很近，走路5分鐘，是來張家界旅遊的首選。在攜程上訂好房就直接來了。入住的時候有些小麻煩，美女經理迅速完美解決，誠意滿滿。前台妹妹待人熱情，服務周到。房間乾淨衞生，入住送的水果盒量大品種多，好評。餐廳飯菜味道不錯，推薦。
