住過這麼多家維也納酒店，這是環境設施最差的一家，早晨自助餐菜的種類很少，煮麪的那個女服務員管着熟雞蛋，一人衹能拿一個，同桌的兩個人必須一個人去拿一次，説話很難聽，就是要飯去也不見得碰見她那樣的，前台的服務員態度還挺好。

熱水都沒有，各方面都很差，不是一般的差，跟周邊幾家酒店比起來真的太差了，再也不會住這家維也納酒店了

房間比較簡樸乾淨。因為樓層為4層所以看不到外面的樓下風景。衞生間花灑不是太好用。早餐還是那麼的平淡。但該價格在這個時間也還算可以了。
