It was fine. Location is good. The place was quite old. Staffs are nice, hard to communicate but with translator you’ll be good.

Amazing stay! We picked this place due to fantastic reviews about the owner being helpful for forest park trip planning and she exceeded expectations. She was able to book our tickets (with a local discount), planned our route every day taking into account the weather, and re-routed us via WeChat when heavy rain meant a path was closed. Incredibly helpful and friendly! Also able to leave our bags there on the last day to fully explore.

Highly recommended especially for solo travelers…. Ms Feng was very nice and she organized all my booking activities. Locations near the East gate and bus terminal.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel with no complaints at all! The location was right by the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which made it super convenient to walk over. It was also near the bus station, which can take you straight to the west railway station. The room itself was super big, spacious, and clean. Above all, the best part of this stay is definitely the hosts. The inn is run by two sisters who were genuinely the sweetest host I’ve met. They offered discounts to the park, provided recommended route for each day, offered self-grown/picked tea at night, provided food recommendations + discounts at nearby restaurants and were overall super friendly to talk to. If I ever had any questions, I would message them on WeChat and they were super quick and extremely helpful! I highly recommend this stay to anyone travelling to Zhangjiajie/Wulingyuan!

The owner is very welcoming, and you can get cheaper tickets by booking through her. There are plenty of dining options nearby, good for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and tidy, and listening to the rain on the balcony was a unique and pleasant experience. The proprietress was very beautiful and incredibly patient. She helped us check the weather and plan our itinerary, which made our trip so smooth and allowed us to see some truly beautiful scenery.

Great stay next to the East gate of the Avatar mountains. Our host was extremely helpful and very nice to us. She designed our hiking routes and booked the tickets. The room is nice and cozy, and the small balcony is very useful and comfortable. We totally recommend!

Choose this Hotel! We Had an absolute blast Here. The room was spacious and cosy. The water heated Up really fast and the beds Had heating Pads in Case it got cold😍 the hairblower was better than Mine at Home. We could also use the washingmashine The Location ist great and Service provided is top Tier. The food recommendations we're good and very closeby. My favourite was 7 pots. The Highlight was definitely the landlady, a sweet Lady who is doing her own tea. She booked Tickets for UeS so we didn't need to struggle with miniapps and entry Slots. Dont worry, you wont pay more than on Trip or Other Websites, she is very fair. The breakfast was 15 Yuan and in the neighbourbuilding. We will Miss this breakfast and especially the homemade wantan soup. There was a Lot of choice and everything was nice. We will definitely come Back!

The room was very clean, and it's super close to the scenic area. You can walk to the East Gate (the main entrance) in about five minutes. The owner was really friendly and even helped us store our luggage. We had a great time!

A bit more basic than expected but location wise is unbeatable. After a long day exploring the park, having the hotel so close it's really good. Also, there are plenty of restaurants/convenience stores less than 5 minutes away.

Really enjoyed staying here. The room was comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location for visiting the national park. The highlight was definitely the host—she was so friendly and always happy to help. She helped us arrange tickets and activities and recommended some great places for dinner. Those little touches made a big difference and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended! 🧡

From the moment I arrived, I was able to relax and let go of all the planning. The staff were more than just innkeepers – they were tour guides, restaurant experts, and thoughtful organizers. Ticket booking, rain gear on a wet day, water always available – I never had to worry about a thing. Like being taken care of by family. They were also very accommodating with foreigners, spoke some English, and had a fantastic translation app for smooth communication. The most seamless, stress-free stay I’ve ever had.

Our hostess was so friendly and helpful! She can help book your travel into the parks and gave a super helpful and detailed walkthrough of the path we should take to maximize our time at the park! The park is also so beautiful and well worth coming out here. The room itself was clean and well furnished in a pleasant building. Would stay again!
