一到酒店，小哥就迎了出來，很熱情並幫忙拿行李到房間。温馨提示並給出張家界旅遊線路及注意事項。房間很古樸典雅，陽台風景很美，視野寬闊，周邊環境肅靜。早餐吃的很舒服。

The hotel service was good. We forgot to bring our glasses, but they sent them to us and gave us a five-star rating. The overall management staff are very young, and the service facilities are certainly good in a small place, but objectively speaking, there are still several gaps compared to star hotels or benchmark B&Bs in big cities. 1. Because the weather was cold when we stayed, the heating was not very sufficient. 2. It is a common problem in small cities that the hot water is not very sufficient when taking a bath. 3. There is a bathtub for taking a bath, but the hotel only uses disposable bath bags. It's a bit small, so we brought our own bath bags to take a bath 4. Because there was snow in the yard, it was really hard to drive. It would be perfect if the snow in the parking lot could be cleared and given to the guests. Everything else is pretty good overall. I hope the B&B will get better and better. Come on

The owner of the inn is very enthusiastic and helps with luggage. There is a free parking space. It's great to take photos at night.
