服務很好，就是裏面比較陳舊了。衞生也不是很乾凈，地上有頭髮 煙灰 洗手枱也不是很乾凈。進屋也有一股味道。

2️⃣礦泉水還要額外自己買。
3️⃣早餐是免費的，但是真的不好吃（説實話）

一到酒店，小哥就迎了出來，很熱情並幫忙拿行李到房間。温馨提示並給出張家界旅遊線路及注意事項。房間很古樸典雅，陽台風景很美，視野寬闊，周邊環境肅靜。早餐吃的很舒服。

酒店服務不錯，衝著我們忘了拿眼鏡，但是給我們寄過來給五分好評。整體管理人員都很年輕，服務設施在小地方肯定還是不錯的，但是客觀來説比起大城市的星級酒店或者標桿民宿還是有幾個方面的差距。1，因為我們住宿的時候天氣比較冷，暖氣不是很足 2，小城市的通病，洗澡的時候熱水不是很足 3，衝著有浴缸可以泡澡，但是酒店泡澡的一次性泡澡袋偏小，我們是自己帶的泡澡袋泡的澡 4，因為院子裡邊有積雪，導致開車時候其實很費勁，如果能清掃停車場的積雪給到住客的話就完美了。其他整體都還是不錯的，希望民宿越來越好，加油

住房環境很好，乾淨，温馨。服務態度好好哦，老闆娘親自接送的那種，哪怕是下錯了火車站還繞道接的那種。距離市中心，天門狐仙，出行都挺方便的。
