It was very comfortable. Although we came on a rainy day, it did not diminish the experience at all. It felt different after the rain. Everyone was very welcoming. It was great to have pets. The food tasted good, too. I will come again next time!

We had an excellent stay. The national park was just a given minutes drive away, and the staff at the hotel offered to drop us off and pick us up during our journey to and from the park. The location of the hotel is great if you are after a secluded peaceful place to stay with beautiful views.
Possibly the best service I've had at a hotel, and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Spectacular!! The views can’t be better, the rooms are impressive with a very cool rustic decoration. The installations, with the warm pool with valley view was a big plus. The service was very very good. They helped us with the trip arrangements, picking us up and dropping from the park main gate for free. Can’t ask for more. Will definitively recommend it.

A very happy and satisfying living experience. Unfortunately, I could only stay three nights. After making the reservation, the housekeeper contacted me and set up a WeChat group, where all questions can be answered. When we arrived at the store, we not only upgraded the tree house that brought me a lot of surprises, but also opened the heated swimming pool in advance, and also experienced the KTV in the bar😄The residential houses are very large and were renovated from many old houses. They are beautiful! Everyone was very considerate and the food was delicious. There are also buses to and from Zhangjiajie Park every day. All in all, I didn’t live enough, hahaha. A beautiful hotel located on the mountain with breathtaking view. The service was extraordinary: pick-up/drop-off to all locations, assistance to all our needs. The food was all freshly prepared for us and so delicious! There is a heated pool and one can make a tea tasting. The hotel is located very convenient close to the entrance of the national park. Thank you to Rain and Staff for a lovely and relaxing stay.
