We had a nice room that was very well equipped. The staff helped us organize our stay, showed us the hiking tours on the map, bought tickets and patiently explained everything to us. In the evening there was a free barbecue on the roof terrace. The hotel is not far from the bus station. The entrance to the national park is also within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would happily recommend the hotel. A big thank you to the staff.

Splendid! They organize different activities for their guests and provide useful information for your visit at the Zhangjiajie Nation Forest Park. The laoban is really welcoming, we had a marvellous shaokao the night we arrived. Definitely recommend!!!

Had a wonderful stay. The inn is farther out from the national park than others but it is at a quiet corner of the district. The room and toilet was standard but other services and amenities stood out for me. They had small extras such as sewing kit, availability of fruit knife that made the stay more comfortable. The staff also helped with booking of tickets and giving advice on how best to go around the attractions. Breakfast was at the top floor which provided a great view of the mountains. The staff, amenities, and breakfast view made all the difference. Highly recommend this inn.

Super helpful!!!! Highly recommend. They really went above and beyond to help us and advise us on how to see Zhangjiajie. Extremely grateful for all the help. Our rooms even got upgraded and they even gave us an extra room when our journey got delayed and we came to check in past their operating front desk hours and ended up at the wrong outlet (there are 2 outlets ran by brothers who are both very sweet) 非常感謝您們的照顧！

Very helpful service provider by hotel owner and his wife. Guided us on wulingyuan national park route planning, assisted with entrance ticket booking. He even helped to pay first our taxi driver who took us from train station to the hotel as we had problem with mobile payment at that time.

The staff and service is superb! We stayed 3 nights and book 3 rooms. The view from the rooftop every morning is amazing on a clear day. the only downside would be that the main road is currently under construction, which affect its accessibility. However, the service and attentiveness of the owner is really good. we had bbq dinner at the rooftop on the last day, invited by the owner and it was really an experience. 🌸 the staff was really helpful to recommend us places and give us discount for local attraction (like the wulingyuan area/ tianmenshan area) too

The views and the staff were the best! The hotel is at 25min walking from the park entrance.

Perfect hotel if you want to have easy access to the national park. When we arrived they helped us to come up with two different day trips through the park. Every morning there are noodles for breakfast to make sure you have enough energy for the day ahead.

We had a very great time! The owner is the most friendly and very helpful, he took Time to help us deciding how to visit the Park. It was very important for us and it helped A LOT!! Thank you for that! The room was amazing, with Even a bathtub on the balcony! It felt like home Even though I don’t have a bathtub on the balcony haha breakfast on the rooftop is the post welcomed before a good day of walking!

The accomodation is very clean with all the basic amenities. Unfortunately, my room's TV wasn't working on the first day but the staff replaced it the following day. Also, on the second day I was back to the accommodation early and the accommodation happened to be repairing electrical faults so electricity in my room was intermittent during that time. Noentheless, the staff provided good service and wete very initiative to provide travelling tips. Location wise, it's a slight walking distance from the bus terminal and Xi Bu Jie hence also quieter. They have another branch nearer to the bus terminal and upon check-out, they sent my luggage over so I could sightsee and pick up my luggage there to save some walking.

The host is very friendly. He helped us to book an airport taxi. Because the road is under construction, he helped us by picking up our bags from down below. Also, every night he created a guide for us with the most optimal route through the national forest park. The rooms are clean and big. Overall, we are very satisfied

Family owned hotel, the owner was really nice and helpful, very friendly and genuine. We got our room upgraded for free just because he saw our luggages was big (2 big luggages), what a nice person. We chat a lot using the translate app as we dont speak chinese. The breakfast was so good, the home cooking noodle soup. Location's good, close to so many good local reastaurants, and also close to the entrance of the wulingyuan side of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. I highly recommend this hotel.
