酒店位於千古情景區附近，門口就是公交車站，可以直達張家界景區門口，前台小妹妹服務態度超級好，還幫忙給老年人送飯，主動給我們建議張家界景區線路，我們住了兩天，店家真正做到了讓我們賓至如歸的感覺！給酒店點贊，給前台點贊！！推薦指數五顆星！！！

看過點評才訂的，到了酒店後真的沒有失望！❤超過了我的想象！酒店位於千古情景區附近，前台小妹妹服務態度超級好，幫忙給老年人送飯，主動給我們建議張家界景區線路，我們住了兩天，店家真正做到了讓我們賓至如歸的感覺！幾點回家後發現東西忘了，前台小妹還幫忙快遞過來，給酒店點贊，給前台點贊！！推薦指數五顆星！！！

房子靠路邊，距離景區3公里，打車大概七塊錢。入住客人多的時候稍微有點吵。老闆熱情，給我們講解張家界的遊覽路線。餐廳飯特別好吃，吃飯不用出門。門口有幾個停車位，三百米有加油站。整體比較滿意。

房間很好。沐浴露也是好東西，用了和別的酒店不一樣。有點生薑的味道好像。空調有冷暖，很給力。酒店有外賣可以叫。停車方便，停門口。店內有餐廳，飯菜好吃

整體的入住體驗是很不錯的，窗外景色很好，空氣清新，晚上睡覺很安靜，還有衞生非常乾淨，淋浴間的牆是透明的，不過有簾子拉起來就看不到裏面了，設施方面306淋浴的噴頭的壞了一個，有兩個噴頭當時用的是另一個就沒和商家溝通，希望看到評論早點修好吧

早上9點開始就用充氣電錘在施工，先打了電話然後沒有結果，再找到酒店前台沒有人，再打電話不接了，投訴到去哪兒官方處理也沒有任何結果，出門在外本身就是一個放鬆的狀態，最後找到酒店的老闆交涉，老闆娘給我的回答讓我震驚，直接説沒辦法！！工人是按時間收工錢了的，不能停！這樣的服務態度不推薦來張家界到這個酒店入住
