酒店位置就在武陵源標誌門附近，走小路步行10分鐘到東門。房間乾淨衞生，住客沒有旅行社團員，都比較安靜，沒有吵鬧嘈雜的現象。價格比較有性價比

Beautiful property, very clean and updated rooms. The best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Very walkable location- we were able to walk to east gate easily and enter the park early. Would love to stay again.

總體還是很滿意的，值得推薦！早餐很豐富，超愛牛肉米粉；每天的衞生打掃讓房間總體很整潔；位置靠近標誌門（但建議大家下雨天因為門前河流上石墩濕滑還是打車/繞路步行前往更安全）；設施較新，住得舒服，空調很給力-夏天入住也很舒適；和管家微信聊系溝通順暢，幫忙安排的接送機比滴滴划算👍
建議：1.房間打掃再注重下細節，比如沙發和床之間的位置、牀頭櫃；2.如果顧客訂了多間房且有請求留相鄰房間希望能儘量滿足。

酒店離景區很近，走路幾分鐘就能到，周圍也比較繁華，衞生和房間設施都很好。前台接待認真細心，會幫忙定製旅遊路線，還幫忙叫車，以後再來張家界旅遊的話還會訂這家酒店～
