酒店離武陵源汽車站很近，步行15分鐘就到武陵源景區入口，位置極佳。酒店房間寬敞明亮，整潔衞生，服務人員熱情周到，特別是酒店前台領導和顧客互動做的非常到位，始終在前台為顧客服務。對這次張家界之行非常滿意，下次來還住這家酒店。

服務態度很好。房間寬敞，就是設施老舊。早餐豐富。去的時候在修路。差點沒找到進去。但酒店停車還是蠻方便的，停車場蠻大的。周圍環境一般。
