Lovely hotel! Xiaoyang was very helpful and I felt looked after by her she was very nice and the other lady at reception as well.
My room smelt like cigarette smoke at night but they offered me a free upgrade to resolve this.

Location was so good, room was fascinating, staff’s were so good. Also best breakfast, I love this hotel, when I come back to my family, I will stay in this hotel whole trips in Zhangjiajie.

超級棒啊哈哈哈早餐也不錯喜歡，下次還來，這家酒店位置便利，周邊餐飲購物一應俱全。房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品舒適，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房都很高效。Wi-Fi信號穩定，網速很快，滿足了我工作和娛樂的需求。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也很不錯。整體性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏。

Our stay here at Yun Mai Bie Yuan hotel was great! It was affordable, in a convenient location within the Zhangjiajie city area and all the hotel staff were very supportive in planning and support. If returning, I would stay here again 👍

Hotel was perfect we took the largest bed, it was 270 cm wide wow. Reception stuff actually speak some english so thats very rare and its areally helpfull. I didn’t like the breakfast but thats ok, since the food is so cheap. If i ever come again i would book it again.
