This hotel was an incredible place to stay. The room was clean and big, the staff were very welcoming and hospitable and on arrival they gave us some delicious fruit. In particular, we are very appreciative of how they went out of their way to help us get to the train station on time and contact the next hotel!

I only spent one night here because I wanted to live closer to the train station. The staffs were nice, brought breakfast to my room in the morning and gave me an upgrade so I stayed in the suite. The room was super big with a nice balcony, a comfy bed and a washing machine. It was clean but there was some mold on the wall. Wifi was stable because I also had to work. Would come back for a longer stay, too.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. We arrived at Zhangjiajie West at around 9pm. The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up. The room was upgraded for free and they also gave us a piece of fruit. It was very good and worth recommending!

I really like this wooden bed, which is antique and has a large lawn. It has a washing machine, which is very practical for me who has been away for a week. Most importantly, it is very close to Tianmen Mountain. A 15-minute walk is enough. It is also close to the airport. I overslept the next day, and the hotel immediately arranged a car to take me to the airport, which took 6 minutes. I highly recommend it and I am very satisfied!

The hotel is not far from the cable car. The room is very spacious. The bed is comfortable. The manager is very helpful and hospitable. It's a pity that used cigarettes were found in the drawer next to the bed. Even though the room is a non-smoking room Breakfast would like to add some fruit or international food, that would be very good.

The highlight is that there is a washing machine! Choose a room with a balcony, and the clothes will dry very quickly. I feel that the owner of this hotel doesn't drink coffee. There are many tea tables and tea seats in the lobby, but there is no coffee in the room or at breakfast.
