The lady owner was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned your room and replaced the towels every day. Neat place. They served simple breakfast and gave us snacks. It was mooncake festival when we stayed there so we were offered mooncakes. Location was good. Walking distance to the Forest Park East Gate entrance.

We had a very pleasant stay here at this hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, even with the tatami beds we felt that it was cozy and the bed was spacious for 2 person to roll around. The rooms are clean and had all necessities, they even provided welcome snacks and drink for us when we arrived, and gave us a bag of extra snacks when we left! There’s a laundry washing machine for free available on the top floor. The staff were very nice and friendly, they ensured that we have everything we need and made us feel very welcome. I saw her patiently using a translator app to help non-Chinese speaking foreigners too. The location is just nice 10mins walk from the bus station, and about 15-20mins walk to the entrance of the park. We would had loved to stay longer if we can! Super recommended++

simple and nice breakfast, would be good if the menu alternates. no mountain view even though it shows mountain view.. there are a few shops below the hotel, but is located abit at the far end of a street. free washing machine available, free snacks and fruits in room, good service. generally a good stay

Nice, quite place for rest after long hiking track. Amazing administration, she is care about every guest, and did everything for comfor everyone. Hotel has free laundry service, delicious Chinese breakfast, and amazing local tea in hall. Location is close to bus station, shops, restaurants and enter to the National Park. I really like that place.

This was the perfect place to stay when exploring Zhangjiajie - the host was lovely and used a translator device to make our check in process easy!

The front desk is very nice and let us store our luggage. Free breakfast has hot food. I would recommend you to stay here.

Clean room and good location that fits my need for a short stay at WLY. The hotel is 5 mins walk to the bus station which provides convenience for me to travel to the Grand Canyon, train station and ZJJ city. Lots of eateries and shops nearby. Plus point was free laundry service. Highly recommended.

Great location, near small shops and the National Park, whilst being off the main street. There are also great restaurants in the area which are all in walkable distance! It's private and comfortable, with clean rooms and nice staff who can help you access various facilities and activities. The best hotel for foreigners at this price range.

We stayed in a tatami room, which was a great option for the money. clean, close to the entrance to the forest park, shops and a bus stop nearby. We were very pleased, the breakfast buffet and coffee really lifted our spirits every morning. The receptionist was a very nice woman, she helped us with everything and gave us a paper map of the area. In general, I recommend this place, we had a great time!

The boss of this hotel is very welcoming and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable.

a cute little hotel with nice rooms. the breakfast is okay, good enough to fill you up. they have a laundry room on the 6th floor and you can ask for detergent at the reception and wash your clothes for free!! the location is good and there is an amazing korean barbecue 100 meters from the hotel

Very nice lady at the reception. It was a good stay and only 10 mins walk to East entrance, which goes straight to Yuanjiajie. There’s a washing machine for you to wash your clothes, and laundry detergent for sale at this place for RMB2. The place was clean but the toilet had a sewage smell. Otherwise it was a great stay, breakfast included as well :)
