房間大，離景區近，停車方便，性價比較高。酒店管理有些地方還需要提高，提高的話會更有競爭優勢。第一、毛巾太舊，有些都破了；第二、早餐品種不夠豐富；第三、酒店前台和餐廳的服務人員需要加強服務素養培訓，看他們不少人説話都是太太咧咧的，聲音硬或嗓門高不夠友好。

酒店優點是地理位置好，往南一公里是天門山，往北一公里有梅尼超市。缺點是衞生打掃得不乾淨，而且房間一打開就有傢俱膠水臭味，雖然開空調後味道淡了點，但還是有刺激性。
