Clean, well-designed, well-trained staff, and superb location They have everything all set and ready to use for use once you insert the keycard, which is needed when you use elevator. This shows how safe it is for guests like us. Inside the room, you’re welcomed with tea set and high-quality tea leaves and candies. They also provide 4 bottles of water and make up the room every single day. There is a lady who can speak English at the reception. I feel so lucky getting helped by her. It’s close to everything you need: restaurants, night markets, cableway station, you name it. The lobby is spacious too. We’ll definitely stay here again if we visit Zhangjiajie next time.

This hotel and its rooms are excellent, with a minimal and zen style. They smell nice and have helpful staff. The breakfast is clean and nearby the Tainmensan mountain. Additionally, there is a hospital nearby, which is convenient in case of emergencies, like when my friend fell ill at night. 这家酒店及其客房都很棒，风格简约而禅意十足。气味宜人，员工热情周到。早餐干净，且靠近太姥山。此外，附近还有一家医院，方便应对紧急情况，比如我的朋友晚上生病时。

We booked two rooms for 2 nights. One is one the second floor and another is on the fifth floor. The hotel room is located in a very good location, we can walk to the Main Street that close to many restaurants. Also can walk to the national park entrance. The lady at the hotel is very kind and guided us all we need. Helping with buying tickets and organizing to pick up us at the train stations, and advising about the route in the park. We so much enjoy staying and highly recommended to stay here!

Ji hotel zhangjiajie is very strategically located. And there are food and supermarket nearby.

The room was clean and was serviced everyday. The shower was great after a day of exploring. The location is great and an easy walk to the cable car. A few little things they could improve on, but not even worth commenting on as they were minor and I am a westerner just adjusting to a different style of how things are done. Overall I would still recommend this hotel.

Very good location

The hotel is not far from the cable car entrance. The rooms are clean and spacious. A local breakfast is served. The service staff are good and attentive. Will go back to stay again if we go to this city.

Really good experience, bath room separate wet and dry zone, comfortable room and mattress, Excellent service, welcoming staff, hotel room is all good. Near cable Tianmen. Recommend!!!!

Clean, New and Modern hotel. The staff are really try to help eventhough mostly of them cannot speak english. They don't have drop-off shuttle service to the Zhangjiajie West Railway station.

Good location, just 10 minutes walk to the cable car station. The area is plenty of restaurants. Hotel room is very clean and spacious. Hotel staffs are also friendly and helpful.

Hotel very new and clean , so happy with the laundry room , definitely will book this brand hotel for other trip 😃🥰

Near Tianmenshan cable station. Have nearby restaurants & modern china tea shop.
