歡朋的客服人員提早聯繫了我，主動升級了房型，特意幫長者安排裏面比較安靜的房間，因為我們還帶了孩子，給安排了房間更大還多一張摺疊床的大床房，非常體貼！客服小妹妹還特別提醒我們酒店提供免費泡腳桶和中葯包，需要的時候衹需微信留言就會送到房間，每一處周到細緻的安排都是那麼潤物細無聲，不過多打擾客人，又處處提前想到，特別暖心，從山上下來熱熱的泡個腳，非常疏解疲勞。另外我們退房的時候正好遇到下雨，看到酒店還沒上山的客人提供免費的雨衣，大堂裏隨時有飲料還有現做的各種甜品，每層樓除了房間裏，電梯廳也放了自取的礦泉水，非常暖心。酒店的位置特別好，就在A線索道對面，另外酒店樓下就是美食街，各種好吃的，特別方便，如果朋友們來天門山玩或者我自己再來一定再次預訂。

住過N多五星酒店，但老婆對這家真的很滿意，特別是玩了三天，每天衣服都弄臟了，晚上12:30送到洗衣房，第二天早上8點前，阿姨準時把洗好的衣服送到門口，太讚了👍👍
