這次張家界天門山選擇希爾頓酒店。 當天下雨幾乎沒看到任何東西。 好在酒店的前台小姐姐吳菲幫我們辦理提前入住。在入住期間她為我們解決了很多事情包括旅遊計劃和租車。期間入住的所有問題都是快速回答和解決。不知道是不是天氣原因房間裏有些味道。希望能改進這點就好了。 酒店的樓層經理杜主管人好能力強。幫我們安排了洗衣服務還疊好送回房間。早餐品質很好，就是超過一定身高的小孩要自費。總體來説酒店的服務是超5星的。
