酒店的佔地面積非常廣，內部有專門觀光車輛接送，設施也很齊備，度假療養的好地方。
第一天晚上我們吃了火鍋自助，品類很豐富，現場還有菲律賓駐唱歌手唱歌，飲料水果隨便拿。第二天早餐也很豐盛，味道不錯。
我們中午出發去大峽谷玩，下午返回長沙，行李寄存到了酒店前台，酒店非常熱情幫我們安排車輛提前帶着行李到大峽谷，接我們去往高鐵站。實際出景區的時間比預計晚了大概半個小時，謝謝小週一直耐心在停車場等我們，路上也一直和我們介紹張家界的各大景區特色。

酒店環境非常好，空氣特好，就算不出酒店也能悠閑度假。有多個區域，有專門停車位，酒店電瓶車也很方便，隨叫隨到。
我們提前在攜程上訂了幾天的火寨房間，酒店也安排了很好的位置，位置高，每天在陽台上泡澡，有融入大自然的感覺。
適合自駕，離大峽谷，武陵源都是20分鐘左右車程，酒店也有固定車次前往。
酒店也有接送機服務，送機的李師傅也特別熱情周到，點贊。

環境真的沒有可挑的，就是待酒店裡我可以待一個假期，非常舒服。其次就是服務，小朋友最喜歡的應該是康體中心，店員吳桂香非常有耐心；我個人最喜歡温泉，謝謝實習生鄧苗的服務；另外接待我們的趙福紅經理也非常貼心，一直在解答和安排我們一行人的一切需求～還會再來的
